IAI Sp. z o.o. transformed into IAI SA

On the day of 30 march 2021 IAI Inc. took over all rights and responsibilities of the transformed company (IAI Ltd.), which means that IAI is still the same company, just in a changed legal form. In accordance with article 553 of the Code Of Commercial Companies, the transformed company is entitled to all of the rights and responsibilities of the transforming company. Hence, the rights and responsibilities arising from business contracts with clients are binding for IAI Inc. without the need of drafting annexes. IAI Inc. automatically becomes the party of all the concluded agreements by IAI Ltd. until now.

Necessary changes will be made in Terms and Regulations and invoices - IAI Inc. will replace IAI Ltd.
This has no impact on the conditions of the service provided by IAI.
