We have added the ability to set an additional, bottom description for the products list
We have added the ability to set an additional, bottom description for the products list, which you can add in the menu item and the category of products in the panel. From now on, you can use two descriptions: above the list and below the list of items. Until now, it was possible to add only one description in the menu item and category of products in the panel, which was displayed at the very top of the products list. Displaying the description at the bottom of the list, or dividing it so that it appears at the top and bottom of the list, required changes to the template (e.g. at the CSS level), even STANDARD.
Starting today, using the latest revision of the STANDARD template, you can add a description in listed places both at the top and at the bottom of the list of items, without the need to apply changes to the template. Very often, the desire to move the text above / below the product list is associated with the need for SEO optimization or typical visual changes, which should now be much easier and faster to implement.
Support for the bottom description in the products list in API Admin
We have also added support for the bottom description on the list of items in the gateway methods menu, which is available in our API Admin:
If you cannot add a bottom description for an item in the menu and for a product category in the panel, it means that you do not have access to this functionality yet. Don't worry, this will change in a few days and the new option will be visible and ready to use for you too.
