We have updated the default and automatically complementary content of the regulations and privacy policy, which you can use in your store at no extra charge, with virtually one click. If you are already using the auto-generated content option, it will be included without any required action on your part.
Below you will find the changes that we have made to the default content of the store regulations and the privacy and cookies policy. The changes apply to the Polish and English versions of the regulations.
We also remind you that, as the owner of the online store, you must ensure that you inform your customers about the changes made.
§ 3. Orders
New content: 1. Placing an order in the Online Shop can be done through an Account or by choosing the option of purchase without registration in which case an internal account is created on the basis of which the Customer can create an Account. The internal account is maintained until the data is deleted from the system or the Account is blocked.
Nowe brzmienie: 5.6. The lead time for the order is between 1 and 30 working days from the day of concluding the Contract.
§ 8. Reclamations
New content: 2. If the Goods have physical or legal defects, the Client may submit a complaint to the Seller under the warranty for defects:
New content: 2.3. The application should specify the defect, which, in the opinion of the Client, the Goods have, demands toward the Seller, and if possible - document the said defect. The Seller is obliged to respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the Seller has not responded within the aforementioned period, it shall be deemed to have acknowledged the complaint. The above deadline does not apply to the complaint in connection with which the Client wants to withdraw from the contract. The response to the complaint shall be provided by the Seller to the Client in writing or on a durable medium.
New content: 2.4. The steps to be taken by the Client in order to lodge a complaint, including the method of delivery of the claimed Goods to the Seller are indicated at individual stages in the Electronic complaint form.
§ 10. Intellectual property
New content: 3. By placing in the Online Shop the Assessment, which are works within the meaning of the polish Act of 4.2.1994 on Copyright and Related Rights - the Client grants the Seller a non-exclusive and free of charge and not limited in time and territory license to use these works by the Seller, together with the right to grant sublicense, which includes making the work available to the public in such way that everyone can have access to it at a place and time chosen by them (Internet). The license is granted with reference to all fields of exploitation known at the time of granting it, in particular to the following fields of exploitation:
We have only made one change in the new version of the privacy and cookies policy. We have removed section 10.4, which suggested that the end user could control the choice of consent to specific types of cookies. Currently, there is no such possibility, but we plan to introduce it.
Deleted point sound:
10.4 If the Customer/User does not agree to the use of cookies by the Online Shop, he/she may use the option: "I do not agree", which is also available in the announcement about the use of cookies by the Online Shop or make changes to the settings of the Internet browser, which is currently using by Customer/User (however, this may cause incorrect operation of the Online Shop).
In case you need to adapt the content to the specifics and needs of your business, you can now do it using a simple WYSIWYG editor, which we have just introduced to the module MODERATION / Terms and conditions, consents, policies.
However, please note that the modified content will not be automatically updated. However, you can still use dynamic active variables to substitute for the content. In the event that we update the content of the default terms and conditions and privacy policy, in the event of major changes, we always publish information on our blog, just as we did in this case. Then you can check the changes that have occurred in the content and adjust your individual regulations and privacy policy.
