We have updated the default and automatically complementary content of the regulations and privacy policy, which you can use in your store at no extra charge, with virtually one click. If you are already using the auto-generated content option, it will be included without any required action on your part.

Below you will find the changes that we have made to the default content of the store regulations and the privacy and cookies policy. The changes apply to the Polish and English versions of the regulations.

We also remind you that, as the owner of the online store, you must ensure that you inform your customers about the changes made.

Changes to the content of the store regulations

§ 3. Orders

The application should specify the defect, which, in the opinion of the Client, the Goods have, demands toward the Seller, and if possible - document the said defect and present a proof of purchase of the Goods in the Online Shop. If the Seller has not responded within the aforementioned period, it shall be deemed to have acknowledged the complaint. The license is granted with reference to all fields of exploitation known at the time of granting it, in particular to the following fields of exploitation:

Changes to the content of the privacy policy and cookies

We have only made one change in the new version of the privacy and cookies policy. We have removed section 10.4, which suggested that the end user could control the choice of consent to specific types of cookies. Currently, there is no such possibility, but we plan to introduce it.

Deleted point sound:

10.4 If the Customer/User does not agree to the use of cookies by the Online Shop, he/she may use the option: "I do not agree", which is also available in the announcement about the use of cookies by the Online Shop or make changes to the settings of the Internet browser, which is currently using by Customer/User (however, this may cause incorrect operation of the Online Shop).

However, please note that the modified content will not be automatically updated. However, you can still use dynamic active variables to substitute for the content. In the event that we update the content of the default terms and conditions and privacy policy, in the event of major changes, we always publish information on our blog, just as we did in this case. Then you can check the changes that have occurred in the content and adjust your individual regulations and privacy policy.
