To improve handling personal collections in on-line stores, we have created a dedicated set of right with a "Cashier" name.
Benefits of using personal collections handling tool
User with "Cashier" set of rights can hand over any order ready for collection, while having access to only basic operations in the administration panel. This possibility cannot be overestimated in stationary sales.
Cashier, without increasing his global rights, has access to all tools necessary to hand over ordered products:
- changing status to "collected", "customer canceled" or "false",
- managing payments to order,
- printing sales documents.
